Meet the Founders

Rev. Michael and Dr. Danielle Ward are certified Marriage Educators with over 25 years of experience helping couples navigate relationship dynamics with clarity and confidence. Their journey began with their own premarital counseling using the Prepare-Enrich program, igniting a lifelong commitment to strengthening marriages and families.

Rev. Michael Ward brings a diverse professional background, having served as Lead Chaplain at the third-largest correctional facility in the United States, as well as holding leadership roles in healthcare and hospitality with organizations such as Johnson & Johnson, Ecolab, and Toshiba. He is a licensed minister with a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences from the University of Houston and a Master’s Degree in Theology from Fuller Theological Seminary.

Dr. Danielle Ward has dedicated over 20 years to higher education, mentoring and preparing individuals for personal and professional growth. She is passionate about helping people discover purpose through transformational conferences and retreats. Dr. Ward is professionally trained in Leadership Studies through the John Maxwell Training Institute and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from Ohio University, a Master’s Degree in Higher Education from Kent State University, and a Doctorate from Abilene Christian University.
